1/2 Marathon Training - Day 39

Today is the dreaded Mile Repeats and I have a hard time doing these. You run 1 mile for warm up, 1 Mile at pace, 1 mile cool down and you do this 3 times. My target pace for today is 8:20 however I was not able to pull it off. I was close on my first one with an 8'32" pace. On a positive note, I did complete all 9 Miles :)
