1/2 Marathon Training - Day 32

4 miles total with 2 miles at HMP or Half Marathon Pace. I felt really good today and ran an extra mile. I have yet to run on a treadmill so I have to manually gage how fast I am running. This is easy to do when you run outside because of GPS however running indoors presets a challenge. My Nike+ Sportband helps track my indoor runs however I still have to look at it to maintain my pace meaning I don’t have something telling me my pace every 1/2 mile and that I am ahead or behind my target pace.

Mile 1 - 7:56, Mile 2 - 8:51, Mile 3 - 10:24, Mile 4 - 8:51, Mile 5 - 8:40
