1/2 Marathon Training - Day 30

I normally have Sunday, Tuesday and Friday off to rest however things like the weather, work and personal life can make it hard to stick to your 1/2 marathon training. I have been pretty good about not backing down and sticking to my runs and here is how I roll with it. If I miss a day or change it I make it up on my day off. If I miss a mile or have to cut my run short I make it up. I don”t sweat it and tell myself you can not get your runs back however you can make them up.

Ok back on the subject... Instead of an LSD run at the end of the week I only get 1 day off this week and running 4 to 5 miles the rest of the week. Since I moved my LSD run to sunday I have to run monday because I do not get tuesday off this week. It’s ok, it’s not the first time I have had to run the day after an LSD run due to the weather or other BS however I have not had to run the whole week with one day off. We will see how it goes :)

Notice my avg pace... I am getting faster and stronger. I love progress!
