1/2 Marathon Training - Day 65

I started off the day by going to the Dr. and getting my electrolytes checked. I thought it would be a good idea before race day to make sure that what I am eating and drinking is replenishing what my body needs to stay healthy. I am happy to report all is well and I am good to go for race day. It was also a great day of running for me.
