1/2 Marathon Training - Day 26

Today was supposed to be an easy 4 miles at a 10:30 pace however I managed to run them at 9:00. I am glad I decided to do this blog. I do not like to write and I didn’t see myself doing a daily journal on paper so this blog thing is right up my ally. Doing this blog gives me motivation to do better, beat my past runs and keep track of my progress. I will do a blog post on blogging services on one of my days off so you will not have to go through the hassle of creating a website like I did.
