1/2 Marathon Training - Day 7

My first week of training for my up and coming 1/2 marathon is complete. I finished the week with a nice long 8 Mile run. My average pace was 10:10 /mile 20 seconds under my target pace. All in all it was a good week accept for day 4 tempo training when I got side stitches. I have a game plan for my side stitches next week and will see if it works.
