1/2 Marathon Training - Day 25

I do believe my training is working. I am starting to me believe I might be able to pull off 13 miles at 9:09 pace. The run below sure kicked my butt however I was glad to be able to pull it off.

MIle 1 - 8:38 : Mile 2 - 8:40 : Mile 3 - 10:23 : Mile 4 : 9:12 : Mile 5 - 9:12 : Mile 6 - 8:46
