1/2 Marathon Training - Day 16

Today starts week 3 out of my 10 week 1/2 marathon training program. It’s 5 miles at a 10:30 pace. I also managed to make up for my lost mile on day 14. You can’t get miles back when you quit however you can make them up. I feel allot better knowing i did not just let that mile go :) Here are my run times for the day:
