1/2 Marathon Training - Day 4

They call this tempo running. 1 Easy mile to warm up. Your miles in the middle are your fastest miles and your last mile is your cool down. I thought I would be able to do this run with no problems however I got side stitches at the 1.5 mile mark into my fast pace. I had to slow down to avoid the pain getting so bad I would have to stop and walk. I was able to run though the side stitches and speed back up by the last mile.
