1/2 Marathon Training - Day 9

Today was a 5 mile run at a 10:30 pace. I like to use RunKeeper on my iphone for these type of runs because it has target pace option and it does a good job of keeping you on pace. I was not able to use my phone today so I used my Nike+ Sportband . I ended up with the following results:

Run Time: 50:30

Distance: 5.04 Miles

Avg: 10:01 /mile - (30 Sec below my target pace)

Tomorrow is a rest day so I will see what I can come up with to write about.
