1/2 Marathon Training - Day 68

I have nothing to post because I did not run. It was supposed to be 3 miles at 10:18 pace however I decided to take the day off because my left calf muscle was sore on my last run. I stayed off it last night and tried to take it easy today. I can say that as of tonight it feels pretty good. I ran an extra mile on Day 52, Day 47 and Day 33 so I am counting those miles as my miles for today :)

My 1/2 marathon is Saturday the 26th at 8:00am central time so I am going to spend the rest of tonight and tomorrow resting, hydrating and eating to get myself ready. Thank you to everyone that has supported me durning my training and gave me words of encouragement along the way.
