1/2 Marathon Training - Day 56

I can't believe I did it, I ran 13 Miles! I was ok through mile 11 and started to slow way down on miles 12 & 13. I did manage to beat my target pace by a minute per mile however I was 03:03 over my target race time. It is going to hard to break the 2 hour mark. I know 3 Min does not sound like much... It's huge when you been running for 2 hours. Anyhoo I am grateful I was able to run 13 miles without stopping. Who cares about the times!

This is a new Personal Best for me :)
